Painting Party

We're planning a painting party... to gussy up the jumps. They all need a repainting and repair. So, come Nov. 2... around 11AM and we'll get started with it. Those that are good with carpentry can help with repairs and maybe build a few new jumps. Those handy with paint brushes will paint! Come with some ideas as we're leaving some jumps open to paint schemes of the imaginative people.
We'll supply paint, scrapers, brushes - but anyone with supplies they want to bring are welcome. AND we'll supply some pizza and drinks for lunch!

October Coyote Springs

Had 6 competitors go to compete at Coyote Springs this past Saturday.

 SaraBeth had a great dressage ride on Louie. Jumped around clean and in control! A feat as Louie REALLY likes the jumping part. She came home with a 2nd place ribbon.

 Rosa had a nice quiet dressage test on Apollo.

 Jumped stadium clean but had trouble out on the cross country - Rosa tried the big trakehner and Apollo didn't much care for it.

 Sam had a nice constant dressage test.

 Topper started out a little spooky about the jumps, but Samantha got him over it all. Got out on cross country and had more of the same, but managed to get him around and win her class.

 Alyssa had a nice dressage test on Wally....

 A little trouble with Wally's lack on confidence about the jumps, but she stuck with him and got him around. Good riding on Alyssa's part! Wally didn't make it easy for her.

 Kim rode Hank to a steady dressage test...

 Got around the stadium in good shape and had fun on the cross country. Came home with 5th place.

 Lucia and Snowman entered the costume class - what stars they were! Won the grand champion of all of them! Great costume.

Lucia rode her dressage test accurately. Jumped the stadium in good form and tackled the cross country. They were terrific and won the class!
