Christmas Barn Party

Our annual Christmas barn party at Kinswood was Sunday. Despite cold, gray weather, we had a record number of people come. Don't think the food has ever been better either! Lots of old friends stopped by to chat - really good to see those people again. The kids enjoyed mixing the bran mash with the goodies in it as much as the horses did eating it. Thanks to all for coming - you made it a great party.

Welcome

We welcome Buddy to the barn. Those "old-timers" at the barn will remember Buddy from years ago. He seems to enjoy his new family and it's good to see him again looking healthy and happy.

Burrrrr

Oh my, but it's cold today. This Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 8:00pm it's down to 27 degrees and still dropping. Don't count on alot of activity at the barn tomorrow either. It's supposed to be real cold all day long. No one much needs to be out in this weather. We'll keep the horses munching hay all day long and sheltered from the cold.

Blue Duck

A sweet gray horse by the name of Blue Duck takes up residence at Kinswood. Mary is thrilled to have him and he's a cute guy. We are glad to have him.

Get well soon

We send a huge "get well soon" wish to Hannah. Her hand was broken when a horse kicked out at her. She's in a cast now, and out of the loop. We miss having Hannah around! So get well soon, Hannah!
