Last one

The last Liberty Hill show of the season was this past Sunday. Most of the riders let the deadline for entries pass right by while the rains were coming down, so not many from Kinswood were there.

The only entry that Kinswood had was Jessica riding Cedric. They did terrific! All three tests ridden earned scores of mid-60%'s. They won classes, division championships of the show and division championships of the season!

Well done!!!!!

Week of rain

Looks like this entire week will bring rain. Wednesday the horses are in again, as it's mud up to your elbows again. Rain all day Tuesday and more storms passing thru during the night leave the grounds saturated. Looks like more rain again Thursday and Friday, so don't plan on the horses getting out for a few days. Riding arenas also have standing water on them, so no lessons either.
Things should be back to normal next week, the weathers' supposed to clear up starting Saturday.

Rain - finally.

Surprise storm last night dumped more than 2" of rain here at Kinswood. Glad for the rain as we like the green grass, trees for shade and no dust. But today, the horses are staying in. Give the grounds a chance to soak up that good stuff.
