And again

Once again, cold and wet weather means the horses stay in the barn today. No turn out, no lessons. Not too icy yet, just a thin layer on the exposed water. But more drizzle predicted - sigh. Tomorrow should be back to normal, if you can believe the weather forecast.

Cold!!

Another miserably cold day - so unlike South Texas! With temperatures in the 20's and a fine mist - or is it sleet? - or sometimes it looks like snow - or is it freezing rain? Hard to tell, it's not much. But enough to be the last straw! Horses are staying in today with lots of hay and there will be no lessons once again.
Saturday is supposed to be much more normal in weather, so we'll resume the normal routine then.
