Christmas Barn Party!

Those people that braved the cold blustery day were rewarded with a great party Sunday. Excellent food, excellent friends, gifts, horses, fun, fun fun. Good to talk to "old" friends that we hadn't seen in some time. And as always, the horses really enjoyed the goodie we fed! We had so many carrots and apples in it, some of them only ate that part!
Thank you everyone for being there and making it a grand party.

Snow!

Snow fell overnight... but don't be alarmed, the day has already turned sunny and is warming up fast.

Pine Hill

Pine Hill's December show was great fun. The weather couldn't have been better and the people there were fun too! We met Melissa and Clyde there as well as Amy and Trisha too. Sarah P and Kate L joined in as helpers/jump judges and all around gofers!
Sarah entered Archie in the green as grass division as it was both their first time to go to an event. Nerves were there a-plenty but Sarah managed to pilot Archie around to a 6th place finish. Next time they will be more confident as they will both have a good idea as to what's expected.

Kate and Buddy were also first timers to the event. They entered Beginner Novice and did a great dressage test. The stadium went really well too, they sailed over all without a problem. Cross country was fun, but the water was a surprise to Buddy and he had a stop before going thru. They ended up in 5th place. But had a great show - that cross country was a blast!

Anyone interested in ordering clothing, saddle pads, whatever with the logo embroidered on...
Kim says: I will be placing a signup sheet on the board in the barn for anyone who wants any Kinswood clothes or hats or chairs, etc. I will need people to sign up no later than Friday if they want their stuff by Christmas.

Christmas Party

Hey everyone... the barn Christmas party is scheduled for Dec. 21st this year. Same format as usual, begin at 2:30 pm goes til dark. We hope to see lots of people there! Come by and say hi to lots of old friends.
