New arrivals

This is a little late, but it's time to welcome the new arrivals. First in was Boomer, owned by Kit. Boomer had a rough start, as he thought he was due to be king of the field and began to systematically try to beat up every horse out there. So, he was moved to another field, much to his dismay. But he's accepted his fate and seems content now, making friends with the neighbors donkeys! And we really do enjoy having Kit around with Boomer.

Next horse in was Sassy Cassy. A little red and white pinto mare we are hoping will be a lesson horse. She's way cute, and has some really nice training on her, but may turn out to be more horse than we need. But for those that can ride already, she's fun. We are teaching her jumping, so far she's really into it. Meanwhile, she can teach some riders some useful things.

Ms. Sassy Cassy is a great horse (Once you get used to her tiny, winy stride.) She makes jumping 12 in. fences interesting, and she's something you can really call a rocking horse at the canter. But, like I said before she's a GREAT HORSE! Welcome to Kinswood Cassy!!!
